胡蘿蔔雞湯
材料:
有機雞 1隻 ( 剁成8塊 )
水 3500 c.c
做法:
1. 雞塊洗淨 和冷水(份量外) 一起中小火燒滾, 一沸騰就關火, 把雞塊拿出用冷水沖淨
2. 用一個厚的鍋子,燒滾 3500c.c 的水後, 放入雞塊, 大火燒至沸騰
3. 把火關到最小, 保持湯水微微小滾, 蓋上蓋子, 煮 3 個半小時
4. 涼透後放入冰箱, 隔天拿出取掉浮在上層的油脂
5. 喝的時候再溫熱至滾, 放入切好的胡蘿蔔煮軟, 起鍋前放少許青豆及鹽花即可
